Smith Residence

The Challenge: This project, which was designed for another architectural office, was for a home nestled on cliffs high above the Hudson River in Rockland county New York. Stringent zoning of the Town of Cornwall dictated every detail of the design as not to infringe on the asthetics of the great River views.
