The Rovere ResidenceThe Challenge: Mr. and Mrs. John Rovere contracted with West Pine Designs to design a 2-story Colonial home. The couple had an idea of what they wanted in their design and as always, this advanced the project greatly and cut down on the time it took to start a working design. At a preliminary level, the couple was interviewed as to their lifestyle and family needs. A matrix was drawn up and after some "fine tuning" of the floorplans, presentation drawings of WPD's interpretation was offered for their approval. |
