The Coluccio Residence

The Challenge: To Develope a Colonial style design that not only met the client's taste and lifestyle, but afforded a floorplan that was both easy to maintain and was children friendly. Design criteria included a dwelling that was in keeping with the upscale neighborhood, and a need for sports storage. Working with the clients, WPD developed a design for both floors that met their all the criteria including the open floorplan design, workable kitchen, and large spacious garage. When the concept work was finished and the presentation designs offered, what was decided upon was a beautiful, spacious, modern home that was well suited to a modern lifestyle.
